How to Log Out?

Log out of the Onside Store safely: find the logout option, end sessions on iOS, switch accounts, and troubleshoot issues (missing button, lost device, session not closing).

If you need to sign out of your Onside Store account on your iPhone, follow these simple steps. Logging out will mean you'll need to sign back in to access your profile, downloads, and personalized content.

1. Open the Onside Store App:

   • Tap the Onside app icon on your iPhone's Home Screen.

2. Go to Your Profile:

   • Tap on your profile icon in a corner of the main screen.

3. Find the "Log out" Option:

   • On your Profile screen, scroll down to the bottom of the menu options.

4. Tap "Log out"

You will then be logged out of your Onside account. To use Onside's personalized features again, you'll need to log back in with your mobile number.
